    I am quite impressed with the drivers in that area. In Northern Virginia, only about 50% would move over. Another 25% would not even see you coming because they haven't checked the rearview mirror since last Thursday. The final 25% would be acting as speed limit lane enforcers with their cruise control set to 54 MPH and make you go around.
