It look more to me like they lost their domain name unless their ISP put up that page for them.

The whois information shows that kennybrown.com expired 3 days ago, and the DNS servers reverted to register.com.
All he has to do is re-register the domain (it's locked, so no one else can do it for him) and point the DNS back where it was.
