My mother moved to California for work, i was 2 seconds away from flying their tomorrow and buying this car and drive it back to Michigan for that price!!!!!! That thing is waaaaaayyyy too cheap for 48k and the ad says immaculate. Im not to sure about this.....

did you check the VIN? usually if its a scam they wont even give VIN or it will be for the wrong vehicle.

The Craigslist ad has been deleted. When I contacted seller by email I got the VIN #. 2MEHM75V13X710713. I had a Autocheck done (I did not have free access to CarFax) and it cam back as non existant.

Just copy/pasted the VIN from your post and got 19 records from autocheck. Says the car is Canadian too. I'm still in touch with this seller and he seems legit. Just gonna have to wait until he gets back to the states I guess.
