Love those 54.....57 Olds.
I had a 54 88 2 dr sedan 3 sp, column shift, and a 57 98 convertible (white, repainted to 62 Chev Honduras Maroon).
My dad had a 55 red/white 88 2 dr hardtop. One friend had a 57 gold 98 convert, J2, and another friend used to steal his brother's 57 white Super 88 convert, J2 whenever he could.
Another guy had a 54 like the one being sold, all black, fast, but 30% Bondo.
Real rockets off the line (except for my 54), for their day.
One of the best things about the B/J auction is that at every commercial break I don't have to hear Joe Thiesman touting the benefits his prostate pills.
Excess in Moderation.
Sprinkles are for winners.
The 54 Packard Panther, and the 57 Ford Fairlane.
