    It shouldn't be a problem unless they have sold out on the 18th, worse case scenario that might have to move you to the Hampton. Call the Hotel and speak to Erin Ritchie, she is out coordinator and can help

    Another Bump and reminder hotel block ends one week from Wednesday on September 4th.

    This not only entails losing our rate, it opens up the rooms to the general public, while we filled our room block at Honewood, they did sell out at least one of the nights, so I would expect Hampton rooms to fill quick once the block is lifted
