    Switch for the passenger seat

So I don't know how but someone when they where driving shotgun in my mm made my switch that controls the up down or back forth switch on the passenger seat disappear! I got in touch with my ford dealer to order the switch and they said that part is absolute??? Do you guys know where I can buy that part or am I going to have to buy it used from a mm that's seen better days?

    Disappear?

As in pushed down into the armrest, stolen, or what?

Used MM, or switches from a Crown Vic or Grand Marquis with power seats will work too.

Probably means the lights went out.

There are posts on how to repair them or get new ones at the dealer.

That part of the switch is the same as the seat switches on 98-2002 Lincoln Continentals and Mark 8's and a few more. It just snaps on over the studs. You don't have to take the switch out to replace.

Look under your seat by the seat mounts. That's where they usually end up. Somehow people hook a piece of clothing on them and pull them off.
