    Plug installed

One question, I have it snugged all the way down and I noticed a little gap between the tube and the plug. I didn't run the car and I didn't have a chance to compare the two plugs since coolant rushed out as soon as I removed the old plug. Anyone run the car for a while with it installed yet?

One other thing which Ill be paying super close attention to. The plug is now the highest point on the engine. I fear for my custom hood liner getting a rub mark. I put a piece of tape on the top of the plug and it didn't move with the hood closed but its my only concern.

    Otherwise it looks great.

I've had it on for 3 days. Didn't notice a gap, will check tomorrow. Looks good, no problems.

Aside from that gap it looks good. Can you put a SS washer in there to fill the gap?

Maybe the plug needs a few more threads?

Keep us informed on what your impressions are as far as hood liner wear.

You can still order one. Will take some time to get as you missed out on the 1st two batches.

    Thanks!
It's an extra $10.00 per plug to ship north of the border.

Is a design tweak required if there is a gap?
Talked to the guy who makes these. He's been selling these exact ones for awhile on the various Mustang boards. The decision was made early on to leave a gap to prevent any build up of corrosion.
