I'll have to check out a steak place as there is NO WAY they know how to properly prepare a pie south of Chicago!

That's the truth brother, lived there for three years and ketchup and cardboard is the best way to describe the pies

Chicago pie and East Coast (by that I mean Boston, Metro NYC down to DC) are gonna be way different as you know.... It comes down to style preference (as long as the quality of the ingredients are up to par).... I like all pizza! That said, Pizza done in a wood or charcoal fired oven just gives it that extra sumthin..... That's why I recommend you make the trek to Ea. Boston... Its that good...
