While that may be true, these cars have floating caliper(s), and to use fixed on the rear of a solid axle car, requires some machine work to keep the axles fixed with minimal runout.

You wanna compare me to someone else? For reference, I paid for every car I've owned. I've never put kerosene in any of my cars. I've never detailed them with Windex, and I've never had to replace a motor...and I almost always spin my own wrenches, even when a repair is out of my comfort zone. Gee, wonder how I might've inferred that you were. Maybe because you quoted my post in your response?

I bled the brakes again and the pedal is still meh. The pedal wasn't so good to start though.
I need to have the brakes bled with a scan tool that cycles the abs pump.
I'll drive it again tomorrow if the weather is good

I'm watching this, hoping it will grow into brackets, bolts and lines made to fit suggested calipers = no custom work need = bolt on kit.
    Please?

Dumb question but is the stock master cylinder and brake booster have enough port size and travel for the extra size/capacity of the calipers?

    Yes of course.

    I have been thinking....
14" rotor, stock caliper, brake bleeding with scan tool cycling the abs solenoids.
    Could be a win?

    I'm not a business. I provide ideas.
I make stuff for people not afraid to get their hands dirty.

Unless someone has a specific brake line made, it's going to be fab your own

I have been running that for over a year now.
The issue is clearance of the caliper bracket for the 14" gt500 rotor.

Made a bracket in steel that looks like this one in wood.

Sounds like you need more break in. Did you go with ceramic? How many miles have you put on it?
