Unless someone has a specific brake line made, it's going to be fab your own
Todd offered to make up lines - maybe when you're confidence level of the set up is their, give him your brake line specs and he can offer them to compliment your idea/parts?
It's great that you guys put into the community, truly.

I need to have the brakes bled with a scan tool that cycles the abs pump.
I'll drive it again tomorrow if the weather is good
Zack, Have you tried bleeding the master cylinder? There is a bleeder on the side of the master cylinder. Curt

You need a car in a shop to make a brake line. You can't send 'specs'
    Lol

Don't worry about the pedal then. Spend 10 miles doing up to 50mph down to 20mph over and over agian, the pedal will feel much better after that, and if its still not to your liking then try your bleeding ideas.

Keep the IDS tool bleed in the back of your mind. I drove around for a year with an "acceptable" pedal feel after doing a big brake upgrade. It is pretty easy to get air in the ABS after having the brakes open like that. After an IDS bleed pedal feel went from OK to correct.

Good job on the creative engineering, looking forward to drive test and wear (pad transfer, pulsing) observations after 5K - 10K miles.

Drove it around a bit. Stops good.
However, I really think my car needs an IDS bleed
There is too much mush in the pedal IMHO

Will get that done as soon as time allows
