I've pressed in and out those bushings before - not worth it.
The rubber bushing part should be able to flex some in the arm when the vehicle is rocked, but the inner metal should not be able to move at all within the control arm, and the outer metal should not be able to move at all in the subframe.
There is not really any tool to press them in and out, according to any service manual you read they should be serviced as the entire control arm. But a large hydraulic press can press them in and out.
I eat apples until my stomach feels much more full than its normal.
