How do I remove paint overspray from wheels?!
AGH!! I just washed my car and found that I ahve overspray on the tailpipes and rear wheels! My MM was in the body shop yesterday and must've gotten a poor masking job. I can't go make the shop clean it, because they did all the work for a case of Heineken... I'll have to suck this one up on my own.
The overspray is not noticeable to the eye at all. As I was washing the car, I began to feel the rough texture. Upon closer inspection I noticed the tiny little black dust-like specs all over the wheels.
What will take this off safely?
Also, my wheels have been looking dull lately anyway, so how do I shine them up like new? Do I have to spend a day with some polish? Hope not...
