Hi, I have a 2003 Marauder, is this transmission different that a Crown Vic or Grand Marquis transmission.
Is this the correct one?

AOD-E/4R70W/4R75W; 4.6L/4R70W - Marauder package - 2W3P-AA;

4R75W is in the 2004 Marauder

2003 marauder and 2003 CVPI transmission are the same.

In a pinch, Lincoln Town Car is same with longer tail shaft. J-Mod it and very hard to tell any difference in shifts. All the trans were built on the same line with same parts, shift firmness via valve/acumulator springs were the differences except the Marquis all have the shorter tail shaft than the Marauder. 2003 and 4 have difference inside in the way they count the trans revolutions that makes them incompatible without changing the tune.

There are more differences between 2003/2004 but this is the main reason why they won't interchange. By the way, 2002, 2003 CVPI and Town Car all will work fine. Just some minor differences.
