I have no proposals, just showing the map and hinting Golden State as a good candidate due to the disproportion, again no propositions on my behalf.

It doesn't matter about proportion or disproportion..Maraduerville isn't chosen by that. It is "proposed" by the members in an area that put together all the activities, hotel, eating, tours, events etc. and is then chosen by the owners of the site from all proposals, so if you want the golden state then you and the west coast members need to put together a proposal. It is not just a wish, hint and a hope..A super ton of work is involved.
Not sure what happens if no one submits a venue criteria.
