    I 2nd the motion if there going to be a second run of these made? I just joined the group and don't have the build date, what serial #, or which # of how many in the silver edition it is yet...

    Mine was in a flat rate USPS light carboard letter sized envelope.

    Please send them in a smaller envelope, secured with heavier carboard or bubble wrap.

    Got mine over the weekend, one corner was ever slightly bent, bent it back with no issue, plaque looks great otherwise!!!
    I think more padding would help. I've seen what the packages go through in the HUBS...

    Understood, I will find the information when I get home and email back with it. But a customer shouldn't have to contact a business to remind them they ordered and paid for something in hopes of getting it shipped.

    Perhaps you misunderstood. If we think all is shipped, we move to next orders. If there is something wrong that needs to be brought to our attention, yes, it's for the customer to let us know so we can resolve it and posting on a forum asking about itttakes longer than emailing directly so we get all your info instead of a screen name asking for something.
