Up for sale is my 2004 Mercury Marauder, converted to a 5-speed manual using the ADTR swap kit and their hydraulic clutch setup. The swap was done cleanly and professionally tuned by Mo’s Speed Shop. Transmission is a TR3650 from an 01–04 Mustang.
Everything works: cruise control, air suspension, etc.
Tires ~2 years old with plenty of tread
Mostly stock besides swap and wireless android / apple car play radio
A couple thousand miles put on since swap
Condition:
Driver seat heater not working (never needed it)
Had driveshaft rebuilt completely for the swap
Ac recently replaced
New window regulators
Paint is driver quality (“5–10 footer”)
Typical Panther platform rust on driver-side fender (common issue; I’ve been sourcing a replacement)
