Not a newbie, but it has been a while!

Hey all,

I was in the neighborhood and thought I would stop in to see whats what.

Whats new for me:

It has been almost almost a year and a have since I sold My Marauder to JeronimoJC here on the site.

Our oldest boy (20) has sworn in to be a Marine and is currently on standby to be shipped to boot camp in San Diego. His ship out date is Sept. 21st but wants to go earlier to try and make a wedding.

My second oldest (16) just got her first job on her first day of submitting applications so she is excited about that and bugging me to teach her to drive.

My third oldest (14) is going to be in highschool next year....wow 1 graduated and now 2 in highschool.

and My youngest is going to her first year of middle school next year.

and as for the wedding I mentioned before....I am finally getting married in October to a wonderful mother of 4 (we have been together about 8 years now, so some of you long timers have met her and the kids) and will become (as if I havent already been) an instant father of 4.

Any way....enough about me, how the hell have yall been?

Taken up bird watching from my den. Got the backyard configured with all kinds of feeders.

Hey Mike, congrats on the marriage and on the great kiddos. We met & talked about when I was a member of the North Texas Marauders with Cruzer & the guys, up in Dallas. Good times then and the good old days are right now. Still have the Logan Marauder. Best to you and the family!

Fast forward 10 and a half years and another update. Going on 21 years as a member here. I started here when I was 30 years old and after being absent for a while again I am getting the itch for another Marauder. I sold mine just 14 days short of 12 years ago now.
Current stack of cars is a 2014 Honda Civic Si, 1993 Ford F-150 XLT with a 5.8 351 and long bed and a 2023 Infiniti Q50 Red Sport 400. We have now been happily Married for 10 and a half years and 19 years together. On our wedding day it poured...I think we got about 5 inches of rain that day.
Our Oldest son is medically discharged from the Marine Corps and is married and just moved to Arizona. My Second oldest is happily working for a local AC company and is inline to make office manager. My third is kind of meandering his way through life and my youngest is now working at one of the largest local hospitals working her way to xray tech.
We are happily empty nesters and have 3 woderful dogs. Taz, Scrappy and Vader.

I hope a lot of my old friends are still around.

Glad to see this is still a happening place!
