Run or pump fuel level down below fuel sender access hole, remove sender/pump, replace and reassemble. = Done

Also to add. Remove right side tail pipe from its hanger and pull down. Also remove tape from wiring directly above the access hole to allow enough slack to remove the pump.

The wiring turns down towards the pump but other wires keep traveling towards the passenger side, those wires stay, just separate them till you have enough.

Before I buy more parts, I am curious what does everyone use to clean the IAC? I am thinking the CRC Throttle Body & Air-Intake Cleaner should work.

Does anyone have any other suggestions or ideas? Thank you in advance.
while the engine is running disconnect the IAC connector. The engine should stumble and die immediatley. If it does this, that means your IAC is good.

What do you clean the IAC with? Can you use MAF cleaner?

MAF cleaner or coated throttle body cleaner. Don't use carb cleaner or Brakleen...
