Removing functioning parts from an engine bay because they don't look nice has got to be one of the dumbest things I've ever heard. For a concourse trailerqueen maybe, but on a car that sees the streets? Makes no sense.
My battery looks pretty lousy. I hate the way the HVAC blower motor protrudes from the firewall. And all those nasty wires and hoses, bleh! Who needs 'em?! But to actually rip them out because they're ugly? Moronic.

Using your wisdom would change the world of hot rodding and customization pretty much to a moot point... Especially on cars that see maybe 500-1000 miles a year like mine and many others here.

Going out on a limb here, but are you one of those “good enough” type of guys? Sorry but I like many others here might have higher standards in life.

    This cracked me up
You "feel" the difference because you want to "feel" the difference. Since you just spent money on the upgrade you "have" to feel the difference

I'm looking to eliminate the double pump process I have to follow right now to get the pedal hard
