    You will get more for them at the local scrap yard.

    Yep, they drive around in tow trucks with the city tow signs on them. Even the LEO's think these guys are legally towing cars.

    who told you it was illegal to sell manifolds? I'd be interested in reading the statute that made it possible to ban the sale of legally held personal property
