Talking boosted MM, there is no substitute

So, some of you know, I bought a 2013 Daytona Charger almost 2 years ago. It was during winter storage for the Marauder.
That said, new found excitement and the same mod bug = swapping in a 6.4 crate motor etc., etc. took 2 summers away from me driving my recently sorted MM.
While always under a battery tender, and cranked over for valve springs - I started it / fully warmed it maybe twice. 2 years of dust on it.
So, today, I put plates on it, pulled her outside and after full warm up, tire check and a trip around the block, off for a cruise!
All gauges on point, AC blowing cold, IAT cool from the killer chiller. Just some flat spots on the tires and shaking out to do.
A few trips down the freeway, a few back roads, and I finally pushed her into boost.
Ahhhhh!! Blower whine and neck snapping response from a 4.6!! I had but forgotten why I built, and loved this car. Then it all came back in an instant.
So, time for a full interior clean, oil change and a couple more weeks driving before she goes back into winter storage.
I met up with the guy who helped wrench the mods on after Marty did the blower install. He was in his 541 inch Cobra, very happy to see the Marauder out and about. Funny, as we were talking, a guy drove past us, completely overlooked the Cobra - and gazed at my Marauder. We both saw the guy. Shows you, these cars are special, we love them for good reasons, and they will never be out of style.
Old picture below because no camera today, but looks exactly the same.
Hit the 'like' button if you love your Marauder, even after tasting more modern muscle

Sounds like a blast. I guess I’m lucky in a way (a very small way) that I live in a state where a S/C is so difficult to add to the car. So many options I’d have no idea how to go about it. Is there a CA legal option? I heard something about a Paxton setup years ago. It would be fun to step up to more power.

    Anyway, cool car, thanks.

Thanks, appreciate the info! First thing I would need to do is compare the various types to understand the differences (to understand basically what I’m _not_ getting.)

nothing to compare..it's the only cali legal one. Paxton does not make a marauder kit anymore, no roots blower or twin screw is cali legal. Dont make it harder than it is.
