I pulled the engine out. I will be dropping a DOHC that I built into it.

2003 CVPI former Connecticut State Police Supervisor vehicle. 160,000 miles
Upgrades: 3.55 Posi, 200amp alternator and new decoupler, lighting relay mod, KYBs in the rear, LTC leather rear seats, 70mm FoMoCo throttle body, and MZT mod with MPT custom tunes.
    DOHC swap to come! http://www.crownvic.net/ubbthreads/u...3076313&page=1

So I went to the wrecker's yesterday and found a set of poverty seats that weren't trashed and put them in. This way once the kids are old enough not to need the seats, I'll put the original ones back. For now they will be stored away.

It's funny the vinyl is close enough of a match that most people wouldn't notice anyways.

I do not have kids Sully008, thus the idea of swapping out my MM rear seats for something more "disposable" never crossed my mind! You sure know how to go the extra length to keep your MM as best as you can and for that !

Surprised a younger Audi driver who thought they could simply pull around and pass me exiting the freeway. Surprised them again from a rolling stop on freeway off ramp. Finnally got a polight "I give up wave" as I left them far behind. Kids....

I wrecked the car over a year ago, got it rebuilt. The rear end sits about 3/4 inch to the passenger side. Also the driver side is sitting lower than the passenger side a little bit. Need to get it looked at because it's bothering the "F" outta Me.

Got my Cooper Zeon RS3-A's installed and a four-wheel alignment. These tires are quiet compared to the KDWS's I replaced!
