I know, here in Central Ohio, that no local welding shops will refill any bottle they do not sell or rent out. Also, they refuse to fill a 10lb bottle....period!
Are there any local speed shops? A few of our local ones run $3 /lb specials often. I think their average is about $5 though.

if i remember right i've always heard racing nos can use medical nos but not the other way around. or i coudl have it backwards, i'm not sure
