I assume that it's hard to start but then runs pretty decent?
Don't forget you have to "blip" the throttle at least once real good
to allow the choke to close to the cold position. Normally a couple
of pumps are required to squirt enought fuel into the engine to get
it it to fire off. If you do this and then crank it with the throttle closed
it should pop off, if not then start checking all the basics.
