Huh! I learn something new everyday. It makes sense though. It might be neat to have a full overhead console.

Take the money clip out of your back pocket and save the helmet rub

My Blue 2003 MM came with heated seats but no moonroof. Since I grew up in a time when heaters, AM only radios, and floormats were options on new cars (air conditioning wasn't even available on many cars), I thought that heated seats were pretty much an unnecessary "luxury" option. However, after the first winter in the MM, I got pretty used to jumping in a car with pre-warmed seats. Once that initial chill is gone, I don't use them much for cruising around.

My Taurus SHO came with heated and cooled seats as well as a moonroof. I must admit that those seats come in very handy in both hot and cold weather. As for the moonroof, I find that I don't fully open it much at all. If it is open, it is usually in the "tilt" open mode just for additional ventilation.

After having after market moon/sun roof put in all my previous vehicles, it was just logical to get MM with one already installed.

Heated seats are nice, but i seldom use it since winter brings out jackets/coats that cover my bum.

very few Marauder were on dealerships lots with moon roofs. So this is a rare option on a limited production vehicle.

This ^^^^^^ is true. I don't know why the Ford Performance Group (FPG) did not give a number and breakout in their 2004 production count since the MMs with moonroofs were clearly identified with the "2MHHM" VIN. Possibly an oversight.
