15 minutes and all 3 sets are bought up. IMHO, I think non-business members should get first crack at coveted items like these.

You have a business with apparently a big bankroll. You're buying these to turn a profit. That's fine. But I thought we were a community looking out for each other. Just seems a little greedy. IMHO.

Kind of like buying the last 3 bottles of water for yourself when one would have sufficed, and there's a line behind you.

Not trying to start a fight. Just an observation.

First, you must know something about our business that I don't. I do not make any money out of the business and that is a plain fact. So, your next question is then why do it? It keeps my best friends employed and it keeps me in the thick of the car hobby. I moved down here from NY to be in the middle of the car hobby and the shop is just a part of that.

Now, if you think I am buying the coil covers to make a profit, you are wrong. I want them for my mod motor powered Fox body that I have been doing a thread on this site about. Keep in mind that I do own and maintain a bunch of cars for my personal use and they actually need parts same as your cars do.

Hell, NXBOB has been trying to sell a set for $225 and these are going for $195, so how much could I possibly make? 30 bucks???? If you think I am that "greedy" then you just do not know much about me. What it boils down to is that my personal price point on these has been under $200 -- Bob's were not at that point or I would have a set already (well, another set -- there is a set on my race Marauder).

I will tell you what. There are some of these for sale over on SVT. I will go buy a set there. I will not buy them from Russell, even though he and I have done a number of transactions. How does that sound?

Not trying to start a fight. Just trying to address your "observation."

****Sorry Russell for backing out of the purchase but in the interests of making a member here happy, I will not be buying your item.****

Yeah, but then someone doesn't get to call me "greedy."
