Yes, it is a Town Car organizer and it will 100% fit a Marauder/Crown Victoria/Grand Marquis.
Compared to a Marauder/Crown Victoria/Grand Marquis organizer:
The height and width is the same.
The front to back is about 4" shorter which is shown in pictures where it is in a Marauder trunk. (Notice the rust colored carpet that is visible)
When I used it in my Marauder, I would have the gap on the leading edge under the spare tire and store towels there.
