Pardon the crappy phone picture, but it's the interior light cover from the back seat. On the passenger side.

I don't believe that you can buy just one side, you have to buy the complete lamp assembly.

    '98 MGM LS...sold..................... .............................. ..'03 300A...sold 6/17

That's dumb. If the lights are going to have individual covers, then the covers should be sold individually. Do Crown Vics/MGMs have the same lights in the rear? Would it be easier to maybe go to a junkyard and try to find one?

Either way, whats the part # for the full assembly?

    Shouldn't the 1st and 3rd numbers start with F7VY?
    (#6178 in black per FPIC)
Call 1-800-FORD-788 and press "1". Have the last 6 of your VIN handy. You will get the numbers for FREE. You'll pay $$$ for the certificate.

MM traded in 8/9/13 @ 128909 miles. It was fun for almost 8 years. I met airmercpun on 1/17/14. He was the new owner of my former ride. -Now gone.

Update: back in the game with a late build 03 GMGS with some MM add ons like Escape audiophile radio w/Sirius sat radio, rear sway bar, catback exhaust, and header panel.

    Rest In Peace:

See my garage file for part numbers and whatnot.

IMHO, this site- the members that I chat with- and the ones that I now Hang with- are like my 2nd family. There is such an ongoing welcome feeling here that even members who don't or no longer own the MM can feel.

No. Not according to the two parts lists that I have ( Crown Victoria | Grand Marquis / Marauder ).

That and the part #s as provided come-back as "LAMP ASSEMBLY - INTERIOR" at TitusWillFordparts.com.

+1 on the whole assembly. Bought one from the dealer. If you just want the single piece, you could try the wreckers.....

If teh problem is the cover falling off repeatedly and you still have the cover try this. Put a tiny dab of clear silicone adhesive on oposite edges of the cover. Put it in place and hold it up with painter's masking tape (leaves no residue). When it's dry, remove the tape. It holds it in and if you nee to change the buld, the small amount of silicone adhesive will break free without any damage.

I have had to fix to 2 MM's and a few CV's this way. If the light cover is gone, look under the rear seat cushion. That's where I found mine.
