    Show us the thermostat.
The listing for Marauder thermostats are incorrect at every single parts store in America.

Well I already threw it away. I will have to buy a new one. By any chance do you have a part number?

No, 180 needs a tune to tell when to kick fan on. You need a 195 for stock tune

I do have a tuner. How can I find out what the tuner is reading?

Just get the stock temp thermostat.
You "feel" the difference because you want to "feel" the difference. Since you just spent money on the upgrade you "have" to feel the difference

I'm looking to eliminate the double pump process I have to follow right now to get the pedal hard

FYI, the factory thermostat for the Marauder is 188°. I still have the one I took out when I first got it tuned.

I agree with the others that there is still air in the system.
