KYB front struts DONT buy them

Back in April of this year I replaced front and rear struts and shocks on my MM. This morning I was leaving for work and I observed clear hydraulic fluid right under the strut.

it has only been seven months and not even 3k miles on them

Rear ones I have not checked out. The other front strut was leaking too, just not as bad. It was the gas-a-just ones are on the MM.

One bad one does not mean the entire line is junk.

I installed three sets on three different marauders in a year, two of the sets failed within the year. The other set has about 2000 miles on it.

Both front struts are leaking. I would ask them to honor the costs to replace.

I got about 4000 miles out of my KYBs before they started leaking. That's when I upgraded to Ridetechs.

Is my MM the only one with shocks on the front?

I’m looking to replace the fronts struts. Any suggestions? And has anyone tried Bilstein shocks on their MM?

I don't believe Bilstein makes any to fit 03 and later panther chassis.

My dad had same issue with his 04' GMQ. Both fronts blew out within a year. Had to get them replaced under warranty from RockAuto. He doesn't even drive on any bad roads, mostly highway.
