    KYB SR4140 strut assemblies

For Sale: One pair of KYB SR4140 strut assemblies. I used these on a Grand Marquis for one month and 3600 miles. They perform better than OEM, but the car was a little higher in the front than I prefer. Most who have used these KYBs have cut a coil but I didn't want to go that route so I swapped them out with OEM Motorcraft replacement struts. These are like new. $150 for the pair.

These are full strut assemblies with coils. I'm pretty sure they are not Marauder compatible.?
These only fit for GM's or CV's.

Exactly the same fit for all 2003+ panthers.

Can you explain why the Marauder isn't listed in specified vehicles?
I've come across this while looking for others.

I do not know if there is a difference. As you know the Marauder is excluded from some parts listings. I am 100% sure the fitment is the same though= the platform is the same across all the models (MM, GM, CV).

Only thing I can figure is the spring rate, and shock valving must be softer.
2003 Marauder... the gentleman's hot rod.

You know what I like best about most people? Their dogs.

After talking to KYB, the SR4140's do fit a Marauder, but the dampening and valve rate are too soft. They won't share the spring rate, but it also is too soft.
