Correct. It's suede that's just from rubbing it. It's not swirls.

Swirls was a bad adjective to use. It was told doing suede would be an upgrade to the existing. Looks good and probably smells like leather as well. Is the differences from rubbing less without perhaps the camera flash?

Since I have to do a headliner, I am considering doing suede as well. Did you get the visors done?

Nice job bringing it back to life. I assume the insurance company may have totaled it. How did you handle that? Were they involved?

I lost a car to some minor damage due to the insurance company totally something that was perfectly fixable. But, I would have had to buy it back and then it becomes a salvage title.

I know I will have much more in my car then it would be worth. Have to be careful how insurance is handled if in an accident.

You sound like insurance companies scared the living ***** outta you lol. They definitely totaled it out. They paid me the difference of the buy back and I fixed it done deal. Yes the title says salvage but who cares Im not selling it lol. Suede headliner & visors, its beautiful in person. Dont hesitate man just get it done.

Yep scared of the big bad insurance company. Have to compensate with a big car and perhaps a punisher emblem on the hood

See you are in the DC MD area. I am in Ellicott City, MD. Would love to see the car sometime. I hope to go to the Capital Area Marauder lunch July 21.

Did you do the headliner yourself or do you have someone you could recommend? How much was it if you don't mind me asking. Please PM me if you would prefer.

    Very impressive work!!

I was able to have them NOT total mine out since it had a lien on it and I agreed to pay the difference to have it fixed. Wasn't much of a difference, they shot out $4k to the body shop for Me to get it fixed.

Yeah the driver side axle was bent and later on broken off, has slight frame damage in the rear from smacking the wall, car tracks straight and alignment is good tho! The paint shade is pretty on point, they didn't touch the jams and it blends perfectly.
