    Thanks for letting me join.

I just wanted to say thanks for letting me join your site. I am also a member of another car website (my name says it all). Lately however, (past year or so) I've been having a hard time getting information, guidance, help, discussions...what every you want to call it, from the other site.
But here, even though I don't own a Marauder, I've had at least half a dozen people help me and answer my questions and provide guidance. (I will say, I've only had one derogatory comment.)
For some reason the people I've met so far seem to take their cars more serious than some other places I've visited. I think I know why...MM are BOSS.
    Well, again, THANKS!

A belated 'Welcome'! We live in the same region so we may run into each other at some point. Another Charlotte resident writes here as well as a Beaufort resident who used to live not far from me before moving to SC. Marauders and custom Vics/GMs around here are rare enough - mine gets loads of attention whenever I drive it.

My 2005 Mustang is still a showboat in its Ruby Red Metallic w/factory alloy wheels livery. Drove the 'stang to my local dealer yesterday to pick up a part/order a part for my Ranger. Parked around the corner away from the showroom at the Parts Dept. side entrance and the vultures still swooped in! I'm flattered for sure.

Recalling when I first attempted to join MM.net about 4 years ago. I was writing from a hotel room in New England while on business and was rejected because my IP wasn't in Charlotte. A couple of email exchanges and everything was good - have been grateful ever since.

Welcome! If it is the same other site that I'm thinking of then it doesn't look like it's going to be around for much longer anyway, the new owners have pretty much dropped it now so I'm expecting a few more people to come over here.

Unfortunately car forums are a dying species nowadays and you can thank the evergrowing plague that is now Facebook for it.

Same story here. Yes indeed, this is a good place, not too many MM fans that're disparaging of the other Panthers.

Amen. I am now forced to advertise their, or not be seen at all.
But, it will never thread information as a site like this.
