Cam cover needs to clean and grease free, Have to search for high temp epoxy up to 300-400 degrees will be well sufficient and I would scuff the back of the name plate with some very coarse sandpaper, like 60 grit to give it some bite to the epoxy. let dry thouroughly before getting engine warm. no guarantees, but that's how I would do it of putting it there.
