There are only 2 bolts and one screw to the rear door. Had to pry hard to get the panel to pull off.
There are like 10 plastic hooks for the panel to hook to the door. Reminds me of my '97 Continental's panel.
Much superior design compared to the Taurus.
Had trouble releasing the window from the regulator. Had a friend who did it for me.
Once that was done, new regulator went in, Pushed window down into regulator.
Then I re-initialized the motor for auto up and down feature. Closed up the door, and was done.
