Where is the air bag valve to lower and raise the bags I can't find it
It's on the watts link, but don't do it if you are under the car with out supporting the car first, it could crush you.

Where's the watts link
It is attached to the frame on one end, and the rear axle on the other end, kind of between the fuel tank, and the trunk. It is made of heavy gauge stamped metal.

There isn't a valve and you shouldn't need to adjust it unless you lowered the front of the car otherwise leave it be.
