Was there a TSB regarding the rear axle?

Normally when I visit an enthusiast website for some vehicle, the threads are generally clogged with posts about people having this or that problem. I've went through many of the older threads as well as the current ones, and i'm glad to find that there don't seem to be many problem area's with the Marauder and that it appears to be a really solid vehicle!

Just got my new headlights today. My local L/M dealer refused to replace them stating " there was not enough moisture in them". Have a friend at a Ford dealership who stated that is and immediately ordered me two new ones which were installed today. The Mercury dealer had the service message and is telling all Mercury owners " that is the way it is" which is a load of crap.

Outside of paint issues it has been a very solid car!

Out of curiosity, what kind of paint issues are people seeing on their MM's? Do these issues mostly affect the early 03's, or will they potentially affect the 04's as well?

There is, but it isn't Marauder specific, even though it includes the Marauder. When your dealer enters your VIN, this one usually won't come up

My dealer at Premier L/M told me our MM headlights would only be replaced if they were full of water, not just a"moisture condition". I`ve also noticed my moulding around the r/headlight coming loose-maybe this is where the moisture enters.

Lot's of guys on here have had their headlights replaced for those loose moldings. Find another dealer, or go back and insist that they be replaced.

Can we get a writeup in full on that erratic headlight operation in auto-lamp mode? I noticed that the lights go on and off in the middle of the day when it is cloudy out, when in auto mode. I don't drive it that way, the wife does. It makes me wonder if people in front of her think that she is trying to get their attention. What a pain.

My dealer said the same thing. Went to another dealer and he said and ordered me a new set.

Does anyone know if there is a Ford Technical Service Bulletin for the Fuel Gauge system problem on the 03MY? I don't find a Ford TSB that correlates to the TSB # listed from the NHTSA site. I would appreciate the Ford TSB in its entirety for me to hand to the service technician when I take it in. (One less thing for them to screw up). Thanks if anyone has it.
