Enjoy your Marauders they are all special.
Thank you for sharing. A car with the right mods/setup/design can compete against 6 figure cars. The 2019 Corvette ZR1 can hand with $1M cars.

My thoughts exactly. I am not trying to take away from what others have done, best them or stand out. I am building my ride the way I want.

(I bet you could have bought a FORD GT instead)
You are correct, i could have bought a Ford GT or a Ferrari, Lambo, 2019 Corvette ZR1 or any number of other 6 figure cars. I wanted to make my Marauder my dream car.

The rear shocks and coils are installed - as separates. BRG Racing notched the frame to hold the Ride Control units. Until I put an independent rear end suspension on the Marauder, no coilovers for the rear.

The front JRi coilovers require a custom mount be made to accommodate the JRI Ride Control module.

That "notched" frame work is a bit aggressive.

    No kidding!

They couldn’t come up with a bracket on the inside of the frame?? Hope you don’t get rear ended!

They could have put them in the trunk. Looks like the aluminum plates are bolted through the frame rails. I've done my share of fabricating over the years and never would have done this.

I think the OP kept coming to them with crazy ideas saying "just do it" sooner or later they grew fatigued and just did it!

MO's Speed Shop has a lot of current business in queue: at least 30 day wait. After my car arrives, 30 days later'ish work begins on my car. With Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays and all the work left to be done, I do not expect my car back until TBD 2019. It make sense for Marty to keep the car and show it back East and South at various car shows.

Summary: Fly to Georgia or wait until TBD 2019 to see it in CA.

The JRi 150 psi lines cannot be longer than 12" or response time is adversely affected. So, mounting in the trunk is too far away.

The plates you suspect to be aluminum are high strength stainless steel. As such, the frame is now 'supposed to be' stronger than stock. If Marty believes otherwise, he will change the mounting scheme and do whatever it takes to reinforce the frame to be bulletproof/safe.
