    Would love to see images of this as I’m considering having an aftermarket installation.

    Update: My car has the shorty roof console and I found this image. Will ask the installer if they can mount the switch on the bottom face instead of on the back of the housing for the obvious reasons. (image not posting here for some reason - was posted to another thread).

    I've had multiple cars with sunroofs....
    and hardly ever used them.

    Too hot & humid, too cold, too rainy, too noisy, sun burning my receding hairline, too much buffeting at higher speeds....

    As my Dad would always say:

    "Why would you cut a hole in a perfectly good roof!?"

    As a West Coast Canuck, I did the very same search and pulled the trigger on an MM in a Tennessee Ford dealership after almost 3 years of searching. Had 9156 original miles on it. In hindsight, probably paid a bit too much for it, but I'm glad I did. It's made me grin for a long time!
