Can someone tell me what this hose on air intake is

I was under the hood yesterday and noticed this hose is really cracked and worn out so Id like to replace it. However, I have no idea what it is, it has 3W33-6758-BA on it but couldn't find anything for that on googlez

It's for the PCV system. Oh you want to replace it... If you want the OEM part the dealer should be able to give you the number no problem

Just go to any flaps and get some fuel hose, take the existing hose in to size it up.....dont pay fomoco prices for that.

The original hose is a molded hose. If the hose isn't molded you'll get kinks in it.

    Improvise, adapt, overcome ...

You didn't tell us what vehicle you have pictured, but it appears to be a 4.6 DOHC in a Panther chassis.

A 3W3Z-6758-BA search is probably what you want. You can pay $20< for a molded hose, or improvise an inexpensive solution.

My Marauder PCV valve connecting hose (on the right side) also cracked - it's probably the same size.

    Here is my fix:

Just to be sure we're on the same page here I'm talking about this piece right here

Whenever I search for PCV hose it pulls up stuff about the hoses on the left side of the engine, just want to make sure, this is the hose that's 6-8 in or so long on the back right part of the engine

And yes sorry to clarify this is my 04 MM

yes that is a part of the PCV system, the actual PCV valve is in the cover on the other side, but the hose on the driver's side completes the circuit, so to speak.

Heater hose is not emissions hose -- it will not be a long term solution.

Get the hose and fitting Greek God had in his write up. Cut sections of hose to fit and install. Don't use heater hose as it will deteriate know a short period of time.
