Thanks. Yeah, I couldn't wait to get rid of the cut outs.

The new DSS shaft was being made when this pic was taken.

Had the front sway bar links & complete upper control arms replaced on the Marauder. Also had the front end aligned to Carfixer's specs afterwards.

its going to be nice today, might take Mo (thats my marauders name) out for a little. im thinking about having Mo painted, the body is in good shape, the front has stone chips, some nicks and scratches around the car,.does anyone have an idea what a paint job would cost? the car looks great from a few feet away but up close the nicks are noticeable. are there different levels of paint jobs, maybe im rambling but just wondering

A nice paint job with proper prep, tear down, base coat, clear coat, will be $6-8k at least.

Stop using white wax and go with a color tinted wax

If the paint isn't cracked, possibly cut, buff, dewax, fill in the bigger pits and color wax.

    What color is your car?

The cost of a repaint will depend on level of prep required, body work required, cost of materials and cost of labor.

Dropped the trans pan, cleaned the magnet and replaced the filter and gasket. Put about 4.5qts back in it.

Ordered the inline thermostat housing and a second set of ict billet crossover tube replacement ports. Plumbing the engine coolant system as effective as possible both in terms of operation , as well as being able to afford this. If you need a cot delete kit ebay seller ict billet. I'm doing them both in front as well as rear top of heads. Got the triax shifter and oem Ford shifter handle. Clutch Pedals have been hung and cable adjuster as well as cable have been installed. Cleaned and painted some engine parts.

Got new tires yesterday. Went with Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+. Very happy with the feel of the car. The level of comfort stayed the same, but it feels quite a bit more stable. The ass is planted better and there isn't as much push. I didn't get to really push them to the limit yet, but did enough to know I'm gonna like these tires a lot. The grip is good enough that I can't do as good of a burnout now... Not that I want to very often with what a set of good tires cost these days.

Fired it up for the first time since I bought it a few months back and it has the dreaded ticking sound coming from front of passenger head I've read so much about. Dissappointed that's for sure but kinda figured there must be something seriously wrong to get it for $1500
