Modular Mustang Racing is what I use.
I have one kit left for sale.
$65 shipped
I have on3 performance that cost 300$ and it appears that is not for EATON swappers.
If you want my advice buy one from Zack! it's cheap and well do the same purpose!

I have one from on3. The o-rings were leaking when I first put it in. Seems to be ok after taking apart and RTVing.
I had both and ended up siding with the On3. I did use Zack's T fitting for the setup to supply to my heater core though. 5k miles on a new build no leaks.
