    Switch For The Killer Chiiier

Is there a way to wire in a toggle switch to just turn on the ac compressor without having to use the climate control unit? If so, do I splice into the power wire going into the compressor with a relay controller?

Could it be done, yes, but..... the etac turns on more than the compressor, it also activates the fans on the radiator, the PCM works in conjunction with the above and the temp sensors, hi and low pressure sensors etc., you would most likely need to go off the lines from the PCM to make it work correctly, of course diodes would be needed so as not to backfeed the PCM and power up the etac, or you could just close your vents?

OK, I'm wiring on a relay box for my intercooler pump and tranny cooler fan and wanted to know how hard it would be. Thank you, I'll use the eatc.

I just saw this a few days ago on YouTube.

Seems there is an electric stand alone kit that doesn’t not require your cars AC system if I understand that correctly.

That looks like it needs to be my next purchase.

That looks like the ticket right there, I wonder how many amps that compressor draws on startup?

The stand alone Killer Chiller kit requires a 300 amp alternator, minimum. The electric compressor draws 110 amps. Just an FYI......

It’s only 110 amps on startup, not continuous, I figured it would be up there though.

I was talking to the owner and he said it's 110 amps continuous draw. It's an electric ac compressor. Maybe I misunderstood....
