Official Meet!

What: First Official M.P.A. Meet & B.a.D. Get-Together
Where: Half Day Forest Preserve, Vernon Hills, IL
When: Sunday, April 17th, 11am-4pm
Summary: This is the first official meet M.P.A. will be holding to start off the year. M.P.A. has teamed up with the nice guys at B.a.D. Bodies, a local B & D Body Group, for BBQ fun. M.P.A. Members do not pay for their food, it is already covered, but if you are bringing non-members please be kind enough to donate. Shine up the Panther and bring it over! All vehicles will be on display for everyone to see so clean it up, scrub underneath that hood (If you choose to keep the hood open) and enjoy the festivities. We will not have chairs for everyone, so if you have any lawn chairs sitting around bring them down so no one is left out.

I hope to see some of you guys there, it isn't much of a haul IMHO. Check out the map, it's just off 90. I'm good friends with the folks at B.a.D. and they have a tight group that is very nice. The picture on the events page is of my old CV when I attended their first meet. Comments? Questions? Post em' here!

ordinarily I would jump at the chance to get out and mingle with some panther owners... however I cannot make it due to my son's birthday being on that exact day. I imagine I will be covered in cake and dont want to risk getting friosting all over the interior of the car.

I haven't seen any silver MMs in quite a while. I've seen a couple black ones on Winchester & Rt176 lately though. Just took mine out last Sunday for a quick warmup drive, then back to the garage. I really wish all the salt on the roads would disappear.

Look for a chicagoan in your area, although I think they're all still in hibernation If you miss this meet don't worry, there will be more. How much longer until your license?
