    Pioneer AVIC-D1 Nav install question

    for the people who have changed head units, is there a harness that lets us keep the steering controls? I just got a Pioneer AVIC-D1 so just looking to those who hav paved the path

    Yes, Pac audio at pacaudio.net sells various steering wheel interfaces, one will be the pac audio swix, thisis a universal. In your case, the pioneer accepts a wired remote input, so you can use the swi ps which does both pioneer and sony radios. All of these can be found from my friends at thebettersource.com theyre real good people but expect to spend around 70. PM me if you need more info.
    I recently installed 2 in a lincoln navigator, one for the steering wheel, one for the rear controls. I also plan on throwing one on my car when I install a new headunit. Good Product!
