    Unexpected Marauder story

My other distraction is an old corvette I am working on a complete frame off. Today I went to the corvette shop that does things for me I won't or can't do myself. Was telling the owner about my MM getting in the way of progress and I find out his new mechanic just closed a shop he worked at where they dyno tuned a MM with a trilogy! So the guy apparently went to New England drag way after filling up with 87 octane, lost track of his AFR and blew up his engine. Yikes, I'm thinking... That is something that would happen to me.

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone on here knows the car. Apparently it was pushing 580 hp.

It has to have more than a trilogy to get 580, unless it was one of the very few twinscrew units .

Thanks to Marty O for his help in updating this car.
