A few spoiler questions

Hey, my rear factory spoiler is loose on one side. It seems to me that there should be a bolt (or screw) and adhesive that hold it in place. Anyone have any pictures of where the bolt holes are on the spoiler and what type of fastener I need to use? Also, I guess I should re-apply the adhesive. What would work best? Thanks!

Use 3M trim tape.

There should be holes drilled in the deck lid supports below where the bolts should be.

Yeah. I found the holes in the decklid. It's too hard to see and feel around with my fat fingers lol without cutting my fingers on the metal of the trunk lid. So, I was trying to figure out if the screws go up into the spoiler or if there was some other way that the screw goes into the spoiler from the trunk access holes.

Thanks Ambitious1. That should help! So, it looks like the screws go into rear lip of the deck lid not the top. The top appears to be the place the adhesive goes.

The screw goes from under the trunk and into the spoiler from the holes. If the screw came out it should be in the trunk still or the lid

All spoilers detach over time due to weather and heat.
Tape will only fix it for a while

As you can see from gdmjoe's link, there *should* be 4 bolts holding the spoiler on. I say *should* because I've heard of people just using the double-sided tape that comes with the kit and not drilling or bolting at all.
