There's some pretty accurate charts out there until you start changing compression ratios, adding long tube headers, etc.

I'm going to retune with a 2# lower or 4# lower. For all you Veteran Eaton swappers, can you guys advise? Obviously, the 4# is what I would like to do but safety first!!! I strongly prefer my motor in one piece.
    How many PSI???

With my stock Marauder block, non ported Trilogy, front cats removed, JLT, I made 13.5#’s with a 3.2/stock lower. This set up made 445/431

With my stock Cobra block, non ported Trilogy, stage 2 blower cams, oversized exhaust valves, JLT, and cheap Mac LT headers made to fit with no cats I pegged my 20# gauge with a 2.8/+4. New gauge that read up to 30 confirmed 20.5#’s. This was obviously not a good combo as it only made 460 due to heat.

Kind of an odd one as normally the more free flowing equals less boost.

Like mentioned, everything is a contributing factor.

2.93 upper and a 6lb lower, ported Eaton, welded/port matched elbow, ported heads, Stage 2 Crower cams degreed, 9:1 cr, 18 deg adv, Kooks headers, it came out at 18psi and 518rwhp. IATs did go through the roof on a wot pull though.
