    Subwoofer Speaker Wire

    anyone know which wire is the positive and which is the ground?

    I heard mention of red wire being the ground but I only have a black wire and black/white striped wire.

    I cant remember as its been a while since Ive had the little sub out.

    {edit}
    It appears the black/white striped wired is negative.

    This is to the actual unit as a whole, not sure on the sub itself.

    Use an multimeter or cheap impedance tester to check. You may need a stub piece of wire to attach to one position and other hand near your sub to check which line is which.

    ^^^ An OHM's test will not tell you +/-

    OHM's reads resistance across the +/-

    Actually, I just flip a coin, wire it up and turn on the power. No smoke or burning smell means I guessed right.
