I am still trying to find a heat exchanger for my stock Eaton swap in my 62 Fairlane. I don't have the space you Marauder guys have in front of the radiator/behind the bumper.
I was looking at the the 24x12x1 radiator from Frozen boost, but it has a radiator cap which i dont need and probably will not fit. I guess I could have it capped off/sealed
Frozen boost has several that are 2" thick that say Oil, Transmission, or Water, but my limit is about 1 3/4" thick or I am into major modifications.
B&M has one that is perfect, 11x11x1.5" and another that is 11x8x1.5" that I could use for the power steering/hydroboost and get both in front of the AC condensor and behind the stock grill. But it doesnt say okay for water to air anywhere. I called them, but I am still waiting for a call back.
Is there anything about an Oil to air cooler or a transmission fluid to air cooler that would make it innapropriate for water to air for the inner cooler?
